- Though all documents are not compulsory try and give as much documents as possible as passport office is quite strike this days.
- 6 Photos (3.5 * 4.5 cm white back Ground)
- FULL AADHAR CARD WITH BARCODE
- Electric Bill and Telephone Bill (1 Year Old & Current bill)
- Society Letter (To Confirm the Member Period of Stay, Flat No and Wing)
- Bank Pass Book / Statement (01 YEAR – NATIONLISED BANK OR PRVT BANK )
- Voting Card
- Pan Card
- Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
- Qualification Certificate with Mark Sheet
- Marriage Certificate (For Married Woman) (1 Couple Photograph Required)
- Mother and Father Passport (For Minor Child with All the Above Applicable Documents)
- OLD Passport If Applying For Renewal.
- CHILD passport: Birth Certificate.
